- Lead and manage corporate M&A transactions and complex transactional matters.
- Provide strategic commercial advice to clients throughout the transaction lifecycle.
- Take ownership of matters and deliver high quality work with minimal supervision.
- Delegate work effectively and supervise and mentor junior lawyers.
- Manage competing priorities and ensure transactions progress efficiently.
- Build client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives.
- Support the continued growth of the Corporate M&A practice and contribute to the wider team.
