Companion Animal Veterinarian (DVM) – Woodland Park, CO
A well-established, full-service companion-animal hospital in the foothills of Pikes Peak in Woodland Park, Colorado, is seeking an experienced Veterinarian to join its team. The practice treats dogs, cats and a wide variety of exotic pets, serves as the official veterinary provider for a local wolf and wildlife center, and works with local wildlife rehabilitators to help injured species. This role offers medical autonomy, strong support staff and a healthy work-life balance.
Responsibilities
- Provide wellness, preventive, urgent care, dental and surgical treatment for companion animals
- Perform soft tissue and orthopedic surgical procedures
- Utilize digital and dental radiology, ultrasound and in-house diagnostics
- Communicate clearly with clients regarding diagnoses, treatment plans and preventive care
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Collaborate with skilled veterinary technicians and front-desk staff
Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree from an accredited university
- Active or eligible Colorado veterinary license

Compensation & Benefits
- $110,000 – $160,000 guaranteed base salary plus quarterly production bonus
