About Us
We are a well-established Supervisory and Trustee business with a focus on governance, risk and compliance and supervision frameworks. The services we provide, and our experience and reputation, have made us the preferred corporate trustee for many of New Zealand's leading corporations, financial institutions, retirement villages, and property fund managers. We are licensed to provide supervision services in respect of entities issuing financial products under the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013.
Our people are at the heart of what we do. We value expertise, integrity, and client focus, ensuring our team is equipped to deliver trusted financial solutions. By recruiting, training, and empowering our people, we foster a culture of excellence that supports both our clients and the wider financial sector.
