We are on the hunt for an exceptional ECE Centre Chef to lead our busy kitchen, preparing delicious, nutritionist-designed meals for up to 120 children aged 3 months to 5 years every single day.

Full time, permanent role. This is real cooking. Fresh ingredients. Beautiful baking. Thoughtfully crafted menus. And a whole lot of tiny humans who think you’re basically a rock star. You will run your kitchen:

• Preparing fresh, nutritious morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, and daily baking.
• Executing menus designed in partnership with a qualified nutritionist.
• Managing dietary requirements and allergies with precision and care.
• Ordering, stock control, supplier coordination and cost management.
• Maintaining impeccable food safety and hygiene standards.
• Full kitchen cleaning and compliance.
• Supporting with the daily running of centre laundry.

• Proven experience in a commercial kitchen (ECE or large-scale catering experience highly regarded).
• Strong understanding of food safety and nutrition.
• Exceptional organisation and time management skills – this kitchen moves fast.

• Someone who genuinely enjoys being part of a centre community.
