👩‍🍳 The Role

As the Bakery Assistant Manager, you will:

✅ Be hands-on with baking, packing, merchandising, ordering, and daily bakery operations
✅ Maintain high standards of quality, freshness, and presentation throughout the day ✨
✅ Help manage department financial performance and wage budgets through effective rostering 📊
✅ Lead, coach, and develop team members through ongoing training 👥
✅ Drive creativity and innovation, especially in the scratch-made sweets range 🎂🍪
✅ Ensure Food Safety and Health & Safety standards are consistently met 🛡️
✅ Be a positive role model and work closely with a diverse team 🤝
