LOIS Leasing is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Consultant to join our Customer Success and Solutions team. About the role
Reporting to the Head of Customer Success and Solutions, you will support customers to successfully implement and use the LOIS platform. You will combine accounting knowledge with strong communication skills, helping customers understand both the technical and practical aspects of IFRS 16, lease accounting and reporting. No two days will be the same. You will be involved in customer onboarding, system set-up, training, support, reconciliations, reporting and billing, while gaining exposure to product development, customer success, commercial activity and SaaS performance metrics.
Key responsibilities
Support customers to successfully implement and use the LOIS platform
Help customers understand the technical and practical aspects of IFRS 16, lease accounting and reporting
Customer onboarding and system set-up
Deliver customer training and presentations
Provide customer support
Perform reconciliations and reporting
Handle billing activities
Gain exposure to product development, customer success, commercial activity and SaaS performance metrics
About you
A relevant accounting qualification, or be close to completing your CA
A sound foundation in accounting principles; exposure to IFRS 16, financial reporting, audit or management accounting will be advantageous
Strong attention to detail and pride in producing accurate, high-quality work
Great written and verbal communication skills
Confidence delivering customer training and presentations, or a willingness to develop these skills quickly
A proactive approach and willingness to put your hand up, take ownership and get involved
Curiosity, resilience and a desire to learn, improve and grow in a high-growth SaaS environment
