About the role

Alignz Recruitment is looking for experienced Roading & Surfacing Workers to join an established civil contracting team working across the Bay of Plenty. Positions available include Asphalt Operators / Surfacing Crew, Chip Seal Operators / Sealing Crew, Roller Operators, and Roading Labourers with Surfacing Experience.

Key responsibilities

• Asphalt laying and surfacing work

• Chip sealing operations

• Operating rollers and roading machinery

• Site safety and traffic management

• Working as part of an established civil contracting crew

About you

• Previous experience in asphalt laying, chip sealing or road surfacing

• Experience operating rollers or other roading machinery (advantageous)

• Understanding of site safety and traffic management

• Full Class 1 driver's licence (Class 2, 4 or WTR endorsements advantageous)

• Reliable, physically fit and comfortable working outdoors

• Strong work ethic and ability to work within a crew
