We have an exciting opportunity to be part of our Front Office team as a Hotel & Restaurant Booking Specialist.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide the highest level of customer service consistently and maintain the expected professional hotel standards.
Answer all external phone calls for hotel and restaurant services.
Support the Sales Coordinator in handling group reservations, including assignment of rooms, products and special requests.
Responsible for ensuring all reservations include the correct booking data, notes and billing instructions prior to the guests’ arrival.
Assist the Front Desk team during busy check-in and check-out periods when required.
Handle group room bookings, including room allocations, rooming lists, and confirming bookings.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

Proficient written and verbal English communication skills and strong voice modulation abilities are essential.
Excellent customer service with strong attention to detail.
Listening skills to obtain accurate and complete information.
Polite and courteous manner.
Positive attitude, outgoing friendly personality.
Problem-solving skills.
Taking responsibility.
Team player, establishment and excellence. Reliable and flexible to change.
Experience in the tourism industry, direct sales, or a similar sales administration role is desired.
In-depth knowledge of hotel PMS, reservation and restaurant processes and systems is desired.
Clean, current drivers license.
Experience/ competent in cloud-based sales tools and mobile technology.
