Is your work slowing down for winter? Keep earning with ProScapes.

If you work in landscaping, construction, farming, or any outdoor trade, you already have the skills we need. ProScapes in Eagan is hiring Snow Plow Operators for the 2026–27 season.

Pay: $32–$45/hr + overtime during storms.

Your skills transfer directly: If you’ve run a skid steer, loader, or work truck, you’re most of the way there. We’ll show you our routes and properties.

Bonus: Strong snow operators get first shot at our spring landscaping, lawn care, and irrigation jobs, so this can turn into steady year-round work.

Requirements: Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and availability during snow events (nights, weekends, holidays).
