About the role:
Our highly successful Link Advisory business has an exciting opportunity for a Home Loan Support Specialist to join them. In this role you will support our Financial Advisers and our home loan clients through their home buying journey, managing the process from application to post settlement, keeping all lending applications on track, and delivering an amazing client experience.
This position is an office-based full-time role which will see you:
Being responsible for the end-to-end home loan application process – handling supplier and client communication with confidence and professionalism
Provide home loan support to our advisers through preparation and submission of well-crafted credit submissions
Producing & editing professional documentation to support the workflow of client applications and compliance requirements
Communicating with our wonderful clients and suppliers – both by phone and email
About you:
To be successful in this position, you will love being in a lending support role where your home lending experience, initiative, organisational skills and desire to continuously learn will be highly valued.
You will be a positive, motivated person, a great team player and have a genuine desire to help people in their home buying journey.
Key Skills or Experience:
· Relevant experience in a Home Lending Support role
· Be a natural multi-tasker and self-starter who works collaboratively to achieve common goals
· Great organisational skills with a high attention to detail for accuracy
· An active listener with excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Exceptional computer skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly
· A positive attitude and willingness to learn
