BFM Global is a New Zealand manufacturer with a global reach. Its patented BFM® fitting is designed and made in Auckland and used by food, pharmaceutical, chemical and mineral processors in more than 100 countries. It’s a business built on a smart idea, sound engineering and a commitment to getting things right, and it’s still growing.
The opportunity
This is a chance to take ownership of quality and continuous improvement across BFM’s manufacturing operation. Based at BFM’s North Shore site and reporting to the General Manager, you’ll lead a quality team of four and work closely with production, engineering and supply chain.
The foundations are in place: a robust quality system, a continuous improvement framework and a team with momentum. Your role is to build on them. You’ll be hands-on and close to the detail, spending time on the factory floor, using data to find where waste, errors and lost productivity sit, and making improvements that last.
