A proactive and detail-oriented Team Leader to oversee the daily operations of our production floor, managing a team of helpers and operators involved in the bottling of 5-gallon water containers. This role is crucial in ensuring production efficiency, machine performance, and reducing customer complaints related to foreign particle contamination in the final product. The Team Leader will work closely with the Production Supervisor to achieve production targets and uphold Quality and Safety standards.
