Commercial HVAC work is picking up across Auckland, and we’re looking for a technician who knows their stuff.

Our client has a solid run of projects ahead, mainly medium-sized multi-unit developments, with work covering air conditioning installation, mechanical ventilation, servicing, and fault-finding.

It’s a hands-on role with plenty of variety across commercial sites, suited to someone who enjoys getting stuck into the work and knows what they’re doing.

The Role

  • Installation of high wall and ducted air conditioning systems

  • Paircoil installations

  • Mechanical ventilation installations across multi-unit developments

  • Planned servicing and maintenance

  • Diagnostic fault-finding and repairs

  • Working from plans and specifications

  • Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard

What We're Looking For

  • Qualified HVAC Installer who can work independently and run jobs

  • Alternatively, an advanced 3rd or 4th-year HVAC Apprentice with strong industry experience

  • Experience with mechanical ventilation systems

  • Strong problem-solving and fault-finding ability

  • Reliable, hardworking, and professional approach

  • Commitment to health and safety

Requirements

  • Full NZ Driver's Licence

  • Current NZ working rights

  • Electrical licence advantageous but not essential
