Join a well-established machinery dealership in the Waikato region known for its supportive culture and strong team values. This diverse position suits an experienced financial administrator or an ambitious mid-level professional eager to step up into a senior role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute domestic and international payments, banking, and foreign exchange transactions
- Manage general ledger reconciliations and support month-end and year-end reporting
- Process regular payroll and ensure compliance with PAYE, GST, and FBT
- Maintain account chart structures, coding, and assist debtor/creditor functions
- Coordinate insurance renewals, credit applications, and workplace health and safety records
- Proven financial administration or accounting support background
- Solid working knowledge of payroll processing and tax compliance
- High level of accuracy, organisation, and attention to detail
- Effective interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Aptitude for picking up bespoke business systems quickly
