We are a small business with a big reputation, specialising in everything from premium carpet and upholstery cleaning to expert stain removal, as well as critical flood and fire restoration work. Because we partner with New Zealand's leading insurance companies, this is a highly secure, rewarding role where you get to meet a diverse range of people and truly help them when they need it most. Chem Dry Southland is part of a large NZ based franchise with a large network & support group.

Key responsibilities

• Performing professional carpet and upholstery cleaning for residential and commercial clients

• Utilizing advanced techniques for specialist stain removal

• Responding to insurance callouts, including flood and fire restoration work

• Using computer systems to log job details and communicate with leading insurance providers

• Working collaboratively with the team, including participating in a shared weekend and on-call roster

About you

• A bright, cheery, and honest personality with a genuine "can-do" attitude

• The ability to think outside the square when tackling tough jobs

• A full NZ Driver's Licence (essential)

• Good computer literacy to manage insurance job bookings and logging

• Comfortable with physical work, as some heavy lifting is required at times

• A friendly manner when speaking with teammates and our diverse clientele

• Must be able to pass Ministry of Justice check
