Pay: $35.50–$43.20 per hour

What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and coordination of meals and activities.
- Recruit, train, and support staff while fostering teamwork and accountability.
- Welcome prospective tenants, provide tours, and coordinate admissions.
- Build relationships with tenants, families, healthcare providers, and community partners.
- Support marketing, referrals, and occupancy goals.
- Coordinate assessments, documentation, and service planning with nursing staff.
- Prepare rent statements and maintain accurate records.
- Promote compliance with facility policies, safety standards, and applicable regulations.
