Majestic is opening a brand-new licensed cafe in Richmond on 24 November, and we’re searching for an energetic, hands-on Cafe 2IC to lead the launch team alongside the owner.

This is an exciting opportunity to join from day one, help shape the culture, build a strong team, and grow with an expanding hospitality brand.

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for assisting leading day-to-day operations and creating an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced coffee environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and motivating the team

• Managing daily operations and service flow

• Rostering and staff training

• Delivering exceptional customer service

• Maintaining presentation, cleanliness, and food safety standards

• Ordering and stock management

• Driving sales and team performance

What We’re Looking For

• Previous cafe or hospitality management experience min 1 year

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Passion for coffee and customer service

• Ability to thrive under pressure

• Positive attitude and high standards

• Barista experience min 2 years

• Liquor Managers License Holder
