We are seeking an experienced Assistant Accountant to join our finance team, supporting financial reporting, reconciliations and year-end activities.
Hybrid schedule after a period of training.

Key Responsibilities

Year-end accounting and audit support
Fixed asset management and reconciliations
Bad debt reporting and provision preparation
Pension tracking and reconciliations
VAT return preparation and submission
Agg Levy reviews
Setting up and monitoring capital projects
Office for National Statistics (ONS) reporting and reviews
Supporting accurate financial reporting and process improvements

Requirements

Previous experience in an accounting or finance role
SAP Experience would be an advantage
Strong Excel, analytical and organisational skills
Good attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
