About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and commercially minded Marketing Specialist to join the ADT team, based in either Christchurch or Auckland.
This is a varied, hands-on role where you’ll help bring the ADT brand to life across multiple channels. From developing engaging content and managing digital campaigns to maintaining our website, growing our social presence and supporting events, you’ll play an important part in building brand awareness, generating leads and driving customer engagement.
Working closely with teams across Sales, Commercial and Operations, along with external agency and media partners, you’ll have the opportunity to manage multiple projects and see the impact of your work across the wider business.
Key Responsibilities
Create and manage engaging content across digital and traditional marketing channels
Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns alongside agency partners
Manage social media content, scheduling, engagement and performance
Maintain and update website content and identify opportunities to improve user experience and lead generation
Support email marketing and automation activities for lead nurturing
Coordinate trade shows, exhibitions, customer events and internal events
Track and analyse marketing performance using tools such as GA4, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite and Microsoft Ads
Develop marketing collateral including brochures, case studies, newsletters and customer communications
Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver marketing initiatives on time and to a high standard
About You
You’ll be a well-rounded marketer who enjoys variety, takes ownership and can confidently manage multiple priorities. You’re creative when developing content, but equally comfortable digging into campaign data to understand what’s working and where improvements can be made.
Ideally, you’ll bring:
Around 3–5 years’ experience in a similar marketing role
A relevant qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Marketing or a related discipline
Experience across content creation, social media, digital campaigns, website management and events
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organisation and project management skills
Experience working with CRM and CMS platforms
Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into practical recommendations
A proactive, self-motivated approach and confidence working both independently and collaboratively
Experience with SEO, GEO, SEM, B2B marketing, marketing automation, Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, as well as photography or short-form video creation, would be an advantage.
