Ascend Staffing is hiring Assembly Line Workers in Cedar Park, TX , for a stable weekday schedule with opportunities to grow.
Job Details
Compensation: $18.50 per hour
Job Site Location: Cedar Park, TX
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm
Overtime may be required based on production needs, to include Saturdays

Assembler Tasks & Duties
Measure and cut wire to required lengths using precision tools.
Manually wind copper wire onto coils or other components
Ensure proper tension and alignment during the winding process to prevent damage or malfunction.
Align, fit, and secure components using screws, bolts, clips, or welding and adhesive equipment.
Inspect finished assemblies and measure parts to verify they meet precise specifications and tolerances.
Keep tools, equipment, and the work area clean and compliant with safety rules.
Requirements/Skills
Manufacturing and assembly line experience is required
Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, and reach throughout a 10-12 hour shift.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and instructions in English
Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
