About the Role
This role sits within a high-performing team specialising in project logistics and complex freight movements. You will be responsible for coordinating time-critical shipments that require careful planning, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
Provide solutions and support for complex project shipments and logistics challenges
Monitor, track and proactively update clients on shipment status
Ensure company and client KPIs are consistently achieved
Maintain data accuracy and prepare client reporting as required
Manage communication around delays, disruptions and project-related issues
Handle invoicing and assist with account-related queries
Conduct client and site visits as required
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers and key stakeholders
About you:
You will have proven experience in project logistics within the freight forwarding industry, with a sound understanding of multi-modal transport, port operations, heavy haulage coordination, and the planning and execution of complex freight movements. In addition, you will possess the following:
