Digital Marketing & Content Specialist
CP Solutions | Mount Maunganui | Part-time – 30 hours per week
We're looking for a creative, proactive and digitally savvy marketer to join our team and help grow our three brands — Agmax, Nitrosol and CP Solutions.
This is a varied, hands-on role for someone who enjoys creating engaging content, bringing ideas to life and taking ownership of marketing activity from planning through to execution and performance review.
Working closely with our Head of Marketing, you'll help drive our day-to-day digital marketing, develop creative content and support broader marketing activity across the business.
What you'll be doing:
Planning and managing digital marketing activity across social media, email and website channels.
Creating engaging content, including copywriting, graphics, photography and video.
Designing marketing collateral, promotional materials and sales support assets.
Monitoring digital performance and identifying opportunities to improve results.
Supporting campaigns, product launches, events and other marketing initiatives.
About you:
You'll ideally have 3+ years' experience in a digital marketing or content-focused role, with a good mix of creative and digital skills.
We're looking for someone who has:
Strong content creation, copywriting and design skills.
Experience managing social media, email marketing and website content.
Photography and video creation/editing skills.
An understanding of digital marketing performance and how to use insights to improve activity.
Great organisational skills, initiative and the confidence to work independently.
A positive, practical approach and the ability to manage multiple projects and brands.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, marketing collateral design or the agricultural industry would be an advantage.
