About the role:

You will work closely with experienced Partners across a range of front-end construction, infrastructure and complex disputes matters, including:

Drafting, reviewing and negotiating construction contracts, including D&C and EPC agreements.
Advising on major construction, development and infrastructure projects.
Providing advice on procurement, contract administration and project delivery.
Managing construction disputes involving delays, defects, contractual claims and payments.
Acting in adjudications, arbitrations, mediations and litigation.
Advising on security of payment matters and providing strategic commercial advice to clients.

The ideal candidate:

Approximately 2–8 years' PQE, with experience in construction, projects or infrastructure law.
Experience in front-end construction, back-end construction disputes, or a combination of both.
Background gained within a reputable commercial law firm or specialist construction practice.
Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical and communication skills.
Commercially minded, proactive and confident managing matters and client relationships.
A genuine interest in developing your career within a high-performing construction and infrastructure practice.
