You'll help our customers get clear, accurate quotes for their projects. That means working through their product lists, keeping our pricing up to date, and checking with our supply and logistics teams that we can deliver what we've quoted. You'll work closely with a supportive sales team, and every quote is a little different, so there's plenty of variety.
What you'll be doing
- Preparing quotes from customer schedules and product lists for pipes, fittings, precast and stormwater products
- Keeping our pricing schedules tidy and up to date
- Checking stock and delivery timing with our supply and logistics teams
- Working with the sales team to put together competitive pricing
- Following quotes through and handing won jobs over to the contracts team
What you'll bring
- Some experience in quoting, estimating, pricing, internal sales or a similar role
- Confidence with Excel and the Microsoft Office suite
- Good attention to detail
- A sense for pricing and what makes a good deal
- Good organisation, so you can keep track of a few things at once
- Friendly, clear communication with customers and colleagues
You don't need to know water infrastructure. We'll teach you the products and the industry, and you'll have support while you learn.
