About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and multi-tasking superstar to fill a full-time position as a Marketing Assistant.
Assisting our creative, collaborative & innovative marketing team, you would provide effective coordination and take on a broad range of administrative tasks.
Coordination and execution of promotional activities
Development and distribution of promotional materials
PR and communications, press releases and media management
Tracking of marketing budgets, and KPI reports
Completing sales reports
Providing ad-hoc administrative support
About you:
You will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to effectively prioritise tasks and manage deadlines. As we are a small team, we are looking for a versatile and collaborative team player with a positive “can-do” attitude who is willing to take on a variety of responsibilities.
To be successful in the role you will have:
A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
A proactive and adaptable personality, with strong administrative and project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
A collaborative approach and willingness to contribute across a range of tasks
