About us
Hulbert House is one of Queenstown's original residences and was once the Gold Receiver's House for the region, playing an important role during the early days of the Central Otago goldfields. We are proud to have recently been awarded One MICHELIN Key for 2026, placing Hulbert House among a select group of recognised properties in New Zealand.
