Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a local authority in East London, are looking for an experienced Technical Implementation Manager to join their team and play a crucial role in their mobile operations.  

Position: Technical Implementation Manager
Location: East London
Contract: 3 months (Possible Extension)
Rate: £600 a day umbrella
Hybrid: 2-3 days in the office

Duties:

• Lead the technical implementation, configuration and optimisation of Totalmobile Connect and Mobilise across Housing Compliance, Repairs and Housing Operations.
• Lead the translation of approved requirements into practical system outputs, including workflows, work types, mobile forms, business rules, statuses, scheduling and allocation rules, interfaces, reporting and operational procedures.

Requirements:

• Experience implementing, configuring or administering Totalmobile Connect and Mobilise in a housing, property, compliance or field-service environment.
• Strong understanding of social housing compliance, servicing, inspections, certification, follow-on actions and remedial works.
• Practical knowledge of configuring work types, workflows, forms, statuses, business rules, alerts, user roles, permissions and operational outputs.
• Experience profiling, mapping, cleansing, transforming, loading, reconciling and assuring operational and compliance data.
• A Basic DBS certificate is essential for this role.
