What you’ll do
- Build next-generation systems that keep buildings secure and sustainable, at the cutting edge of AI, digital identity and video.
- Develop production-grade native apps for iOS and Android that turn a phone into a key, a control panel and a window into the building.
- Work in small autonomous teams and own problems end to end. You define the problem, AI agents build it, you prove it’s solved.
Who you are
- A builder. You’ve made apps nobody asked you to, and people actually use them.
- You’re already building software with AI, and you have stories about what’s worked and what hasn’t.
- You pick up the ball and run with it. Problems you own get solved.

Qualifications and experience
- A tertiary qualification in software engineering, computer science or similar, and up to five years’ experience
- Hands-on experience building native iOS or Android apps in Swift or Kotlin, from study, work or your own projects
