About the Role
We have two opportunities available to join our Victorian team based in Abbotsford.
As a Training Consultant, you'll use your Fred software experience and knowledge of pharmacy to support customers with the implementation and adoption of our pharmacy and retail solutions.
We are particularly interested in pharmacists, dispensary technicians and other pharmacy professionals looking to take their pharmacy experience in a new direction. You don't need to already be an experienced trainer. If you have strong Fred and pharmacy knowledge, good communication skills and enjoy helping others, we'll support you to develop your training capability.
We're also open to experienced trainers.
You'll deliver remote and on-site training, guide customers through onboarding and go-live, and help them build confidence using our solutions. The role includes regular travel to pharmacies across metropolitan and regional Victoria.
About You
You're a confident communicator who can explain systems and processes in a clear, practical and engaging way. You enjoy helping others learn, are comfortable working with technology and can manage competing priorities in a fast-paced customer environment.
Previous experience in training, onboarding, implementation, customer support or change initiatives is advantageous, but training experience is not essential.
Essential Experience Required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to explain systems and processes clearly and practically
Strong technology aptitude and ability to quickly learn new systems
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Desirable Experience
Experience as a pharmacist, dispensary technician or in another pharmacy-based role
Hands-on experience using Fred pharmacy software
Strong understanding of pharmacy workflows and operations
Training, coaching or mentoring experience
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE)
Experience with software implementations, onboarding or change initiatives
Experience developing training materials or digital learning content
Other Requirements
Current driver’s licence
Ability to regularly travel across metropolitan and regional Victoria
Flexibility to work after hours during installations and occasional weekends
