- Hands-on experience working in agile product development environments.
- Experience tracking team-level metrics, KPIs, and delivery outcomes.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to deliver outcomes through cross-functional teams.
- Experience managing systems, tools, or platforms that enable user interaction and collaboration.
- Experience leading cross-functional, self-organized product or project teams.
- Exposure to design thinking methodologies and end-to-end product development lifecycles.
- Expertise in data, analytics, and AI/ML-driven solutions.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and modern digital architectures.
- Strong business analysis, stakeholder management, and prioritization capabilities.
- Demonstrated leadership in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
