We're seeking a talented AI Engineer to build production-ready AI features and help turn LLM ideas into reliable products for clients in the US and Europe. If you're experienced with RAG, AI agents, and LLM APIs and want to work on real-world AI products, we'd love to hear from you!

Core Competence

At least 3 years of professional experience in software development, with strong Python and production backend development skills, preferably with FastAPI or a similar framework.
Hands-on experience building RAG pipelines, including ingestion, chunking, embeddings, vector search, reranking, and citations.
Practical experience with OpenAI and/or Anthropic APIs, function calling, structured outputs, and multi-step AI agents.
Experience with vector databases such as Qdrant, pgvector, Pinecone, Weaviate, or similar technologies.
Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL, Docker, REST APIs, Git, and production software development practices.
Ability to communicate technical concepts and explain architectural trade-offs clearly to non-technical clients in English.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or MCP servers.
Knowledge of LLM evaluation and tracing tools such as LangSmith, Langfuse, or similar.
Experience with voice agents, document AI, OCR, or related AI applications.
Experience with TypeScript / Next.js for building interfaces around AI features.
Upper-intermediate level of English for clear and effective communication with international clients.
