Coffee Culture Roslyn is on the lookout for a Store Manager who enjoys leading a team, being part of the local community and getting stuck into the day-to-day running of a busy café.

Located in a beautiful character building with great views across Dunedin, Roslyn is an established store with a strong local following. This is an opportunity to take the reins, build on what’s already there and make the store your own.

About the role

As Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading the team and making sure the café runs well day to day. You’ll be hands-on, supporting your team on the floor, helping develop people and making sure our guests receive great service and great coffee.

We’re looking for someone who is:

• A confident leader who enjoys bringing out the best in their team

• Organised and comfortable managing the day-to-day operations of a busy café

• Passionate about hospitality and creating a great experience for our guests

• Hands-on and happy to lead from the front

• Ambitious and interested in building a long-term career with Coffee Culture

Hospitality experience is preferred, but we’re open to other backgrounds too. If you have strong leadership and people skills and think you could be a great fit for the role, we’d still love to hear from you.
