About the Role

Developer Bazaar Technologies is looking for an experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team for an on-site project in Delhi. The ideal candidate should have strong UI design expertise, a good understanding of user experience principles, and the ability to create intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly digital interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

Design intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces for web applications and digital platforms.
Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
Develop consistent design systems, reusable components, and design guidelines.
Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.
Ensure responsive and consistent designs across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
Apply principles of typography, color theory, spacing, visual hierarchy, usability, and accessibility.
Review developed interfaces and coordinate with developers to ensure design accuracy.
Incorporate feedback and continuously improve designs based on project requirements.
Maintain organized design assets and documentation.

Required Skills

Strong professional experience in UI/UX design, particularly UI design.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
Good understanding of wireframing, prototyping, layouts, typography, and visual hierarchy.
Knowledge of responsive design principles and reusable UI components.
Understanding of usability and accessibility principles.
Ability to collaborate effectively with development teams and communicate design decisions.

Educational Qualifications

Candidates must possess a relevant degree from an AICTE/UGC-recognized institution, or an equivalent qualification permitted under Government of India rules.

Experience Requirements

Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience after completing the qualifying degree.
Work experience gained while pursuing the qualifying degree will not count toward the required experience.
Candidates must meet the experience requirement as of 22 October 2026.

Location Requirements

This is an on-site project based in Delhi.
Candidates based in Delhi/NCR are preferred.
Candidates from other locations may apply if they are willing to relocate to Delhi and work on-site.
