The role:
- Lead the development and ongoing enhancement of enterprise financial models - revenue, cost, forecasting and financial sustainability. Supporting strategic planning and scenario analysis
- Own the pipeline of finance systems and reporting initiatives, from opportunity assessment through to change management and delivery
- Partner closely with ICT and operational stakeholders to modernise financial processes, automation and reporting frameworks
- Build integrated, automated data solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem - linking tools like Excel, SharePoint, Azure and Power BI (and the broader Power Platform) to streamline reporting and lift data accessibility
- Provide expert advice on finance technology solutions and lead training/support materials for a broad user base
- Lead and develop a small high-performing team
- CA/CPA (or equivalent) essential
- Direct experience across Microsoft technologies with strong exposure to finance systems and/or data analytics within a large, complex organisation
- Demonstrated experience building Activity Based Costing (ABC) models highly desirable
- A collaborative, stakeholder-first approach, you'll be a key interface across finance, ICT and the broader business
