About the role
In this role you will support our dentists, hygienists, oral health therapists, and clinical team to ensure our patients receive exceptional care and a positive dental experience.
Key responsibilities
Assisting dentists, hygienists or oral health therapists during procedures
Preparing and maintaining clean, organised and well stocked clinical areas
Sterilising and maintaining dental instruments and equipment
Welcoming patients and providing excellent customer service
Supporting the team with administrative tasks
Fostering a positive work environment and collaborative team atmosphere
About you
Be a reliable and positive team player
Demonstrate professionalism and integrity
Be empathetic and provide exceptional patient care
Demonstrate the ability to adapt and work calmly under pressure
Have strong communication skills, great attention to detail and the ability to multitask
Be motivated to learn and develop new skills
Previous dental experience is preferred but not essential
Experience with EXACT software would be an advantage
