The role
- Complete scheduled servicing and maintenance
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults
- Carry out minor and major mechanical repairs
- Conduct WOF inspections
- Support the wider workshop team as required
- Explain repairs and technical requirements to customers when needed
- Maintain high standards of accuracy, efficiency and workmanship
What we're looking for
- Trade qualified Automotive Technician
- Current WOF licence is essential
- Previous franchise experience preferred
- Franchise brand training is advantageous
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Ability to perform in a busy, high-performing workshop
- Reliable, accurate and efficient approach to your work
- Solid employment references
