We’re looking for an experienced and commercially driven Senior Business Manager to take ownership of this major retail account, lead a high-performing team, and drive growth across a significant category portfolio.
Reporting to the Commercial Director, you'll be responsible for customer strategy, commercial performance, P&L delivery, and leading a team. You'll build strong relationships with senior customer stakeholders while identifying opportunities to grow sales, profitability, and market share.

To be considered for this role you must possess the following experience and attributes:
- Proven FMCG grocery account management (+5 years) and sales leadership experience.
- Strong commercial and P&L management capability.
- Demonstrated success managing major retail customers.
- Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- A track record of developing high-performing teams.
