Superstar Account Manager
We're on the hunt for a superstar Account Manager (maternity leave contract 10 - 12 months), to join our Christchurch team while one of our lovely crew heads off on maternity leave.
At Q Brand Builders, we work with some great brands, tackle all sorts of interesting challenges, and believe good relationships are just as important as great creative.
We're a team of good people who give a damn about our clients, our work and each other. And we're looking for another great person to join us. Someone who loves people, thrives on variety, can juggle a dozen things at once and still have a laugh along the way.
What you'll be doing:
Building great relationships with our clients and becoming a trusted part of their team.
Managing creative, brand, digital and marketing projects from brief through to delivery.
Managing timelines, budgets, briefs and client expectations.
Bringing fresh ideas, initiative and a proactive approach to everything you do.
What we're looking for:
You'll be a great communicator and someone who genuinely enjoys working with clients.
You'll have account management or project management experience (two years min.), ideally within a creative, advertising or marketing agency. You'll be organised, detail-focused, comfortable juggling multiple projects and happy to roll up your sleeves when needed.
Most importantly, you'll have a positive attitude, plenty of initiative and enjoy being part of a team that genuinely cares about the work we produce.
And a few extra brownie points if you're a spreadsheet whiz, know your way around a media plan and dispatch, and can happily talk PMax, VDX and reach versus visits. If that all sounds like everyday language to you, we reckon you'll fit right in!
