An established civil construction business is looking for an experienced Senior Estimator to join its team and play a key role in securing new work across a diverse project portfolio.

Reporting to the New Business Manager, you'll work alongside an experienced estimating and bid team, with the autonomy to manage tenders from start to finish.

What you'll bring:

Proven experience as a Senior Estimator within civil construction
Experience across Three Waters, Roading, or Land Development
Strong contractor-side estimating experience
Ability to independently manage multiple tenders and deadlines
Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
Experience using Candy or Benchmark estimating software

You'll be someone who can hit the ground running, take ownership of your work and confidently develop competitive, commercially sound tenders with minimal supervision.
