We are seeking an experienced Technical Sales Engineer to join our team in Melbourne.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced refrigeration professional who combines strong technical knowledge with the ability to build relationships, understand customer requirements and develop practical refrigeration solutions.

The position will support our natural refrigerant portfolio, with a particular focus on Transcritical CO2 refrigeration systems, working closely with customers, contractors and internal teams.

About the role

As our Technical Sales Engineer, you will be involved in:

Providing technical sales support and solutions to customers

Preparing technical proposals and supporting equipment selection

Working with customers and contractors to understand project requirements

Supporting refrigeration projects through the sales, installation and post-installation stages

Providing technical guidance and training to customers and contractors

Supporting natural refrigerant solutions, including Transcritical CO2 systems

Building strong and collaborative relationships with customers and key stakeholders

Travelling within Australia as required

About you

This is an experienced position and relevant refrigeration industry experience is essential.

We are looking for someone who brings:

Demonstrated experience within the commercial refrigeration industry

Strong technical knowledge of refrigeration systems and equipment

Experience in technical sales, engineering or a similar customer-facing technical role

Knowledge of refrigeration controls and system applications

Experience or knowledge of natural refrigerants and CO2 refrigeration systems will be highly regarded

Strong communication and customer relationship skills

The ability to translate technical requirements into practical customer solutions

A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively across different teams
