Window Cleaning Technician – $30/hr + Bonuses | Smiths Window Services

Please read to the end.

We’re looking for a window cleaning technician who takes pride in their work, is good with customers, and has good banter. Experience is a plus, but it’s not everything. We’ll train the right person. What we can’t train is attitude!

You’ll be cleaning windows on residential and some commercial properties across Auckland, mainly in Ponsonby, Remuera and St Heliers, representing Smiths on every job.

Why Smiths?

We’re a small, close-knit team who genuinely get on, on the job and off it. We work hard, have a laugh, and back each other. The business is growing fast, and we want people who’ll grow with it. This isn’t a short-term gig. We’re looking for someone who wants to stick around, build their skills, and step up as the company scales.

What We’re Looking For

  • Friendly, professional, and well-presented

  • Reliable. You show up on time, every time

  • Takes pride in doing a job properly

  • Physically fit and able

  • Great communicator with customers

  • Wants to be part of the business long term

  • Full NZ driver’s licence (essential)

  • No criminal record

What You’ll Get

  • $30/hr + performance bonuses for great work

  • Full training provided

  • A tight-knit team with a great culture

  • Real opportunity to grow with a scaling young business

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Delivering a high-quality service to some of Auckland’s most beautiful properties

  • Cleaning windows with high-quality equipment

  • Using upsells to increase what you earn

We pay well because great work deserves it. If you want a job where you clock in, do the minimum, and clock out, this isn’t the place. But if you take pride in your work and want to be part of something worth showing up for, we want to hear from you.

How to Apply

Don’t just hit apply. We won’t be going through Seek applications.

If you’re genuinely interested, call Ashton on 027 661 7322. If I miss you, leave a message with your name and that you’re calling about the technician role, and I’ll get back to you.
