What We're Looking For
- Proven experience operating excavators, loaders, rollers, dump trucks, or other civil machinery
- Experience with earthworks, drainage, trenching, site cuts, and bulk excavation
- Ability to work safely around underground services and live construction environments
- GPS machine control experience is an advantage
- Relevant licences, endorsements, and WTR preferred
- Own reliable transport
- Site Safe ticket preferred (or willingness to obtain one)
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high safety standards
- Strong work ethic with a positive, team-focused attitude
- $30-$40 per hour, depending on skills and experience
- Weekly pay, on time every time
- Ongoing work across major civil and infrastructure projects
- Immediate starts available
- Opportunities to progress into Leading Hand and Foreman positions
