We're looking for an Associate Consultant to join our growing team on a full-time, fixed-term basis until August 2027. This is an opportunity to work alongside some of New Zealand's leading TTM professionals, helping clients navigate everything from day-to-day project requirements through to complex traffic management challenges.

About the Role
Working closely with our consulting team, you'll play a key role in developing compliant traffic management solutions and supporting clients throughout the planning and delivery process.
You will:
Design compliant, practical, and detailed Traffic Management Plans (TMPs) that meet client and regulatory requirements.
Liaise with clients, Road Controlling Authorities (RCAs), and other stakeholders to develop effective solutions.
Support tender submissions and long-term project delivery.
Coordinate and support on-road TTM services for clients.
Build strong, long-lasting relationships through responsive and professional client service.
Work closely with colleagues across the business to ensure a "no surprises" approach to project delivery.
Contribute ideas and continuous improvement opportunities that help strengthen our services and client experience.
About You
You'll be technically capable, client-focused, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You'll have:
At least 3 years' experience in a TMP design role.
Strong knowledge of TMP design or review, TTM practice, and risk-based assessment.
Proficiency with AutoCAD.
Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Strong communication and client relationship skills.
Desired skills
Tertiary qualifications in engineering, architecture, design, or a related field.
Experience with SIDRA Intersection software.
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
