- Confidence recommending beverages and engaging with guests.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- A strong understanding of safe food handling and responsible service practices.
- The ability to prepare great coffee and basic computer skills for order entry would be an advantage.
- A professional presentation and a keen eye for detail.
