What your days look like
- Examine and diagnose using X-rays and diagnostic tools
- Perform fillings, extractions, root canals, crowns, bridges, partials, and other restorative work
- Administer anesthetics and keep patients comfortable throughout treatment
- Build individualized treatment plans and walk patients through their options
- Write prescriptions and fabrication instructions as needed
- Keep clinical documentation and coding accurate and on time
- Follow infection control, HIPAA, and clinical SOPs
- Take part in team meetings and company initiatives
