Are you experienced in print or signage, good with customers and quick with the detail?
Adgraphix is looking for a Sales Consultant to join our Christchurch team. You’ll look after customer enquiries, prepare quotes and process jobs, keeping work moving smoothly from the first conversation through to completion.
What the role is about
Much of your work will involve repeat orders, familiar products and straightforward print and signage requirements. You’ll get to know your customers, understand what they need and make it easy for them to order again.
You’ll enjoy working through a busy workload, keeping on top of enquiries and getting jobs ready for production promptly. Being efficient matters, and so does getting the details right.
Your day-to-day work will include:
Looking after new and existing customer enquiries.
Preparing accurate quotes and following them through.
Processing repeat orders and new jobs efficiently in our job management system.
Checking specifications, quantities, artwork requirements and deadlines.
Making sure production has clear, complete job information.
Keeping customers informed and coordinating with our design and production teams.
Taking ownership of jobs through to completion.
Who we’re looking for
Experience in the print or signage industry is essential. You’ll need a practical understanding of products, materials and production processes so you can ask the right questions and confidently process work.
You might already be working in print sales, customer service, estimating or job coordination. What matters is that you’re comfortable with customers and can turn an enquiry into an accurately quoted, well prepared job.
You’ll be someone who:
Works quickly and accurately, with strong attention to detail.
Enjoys a steady flow of jobs and takes satisfaction in getting things sorted.
Is confident using quoting and job management software.
Organises their workload well and follows up without being reminded.
Communicates clearly with customers and colleagues.
Spots missing information early and gets it resolved.
