What We're Looking For

• 2–3 years' experience as a CDP or Junior Sous Chef in a quality restaurant.

• A love of fresh, seasonal produce and great food.

• Good skills, positive energy and a team-first attitude.

• Someone who takes pride in their cooking and is keen to learn and grow.
