About The Role
We’re looking for a capable and adaptable person to support our customer service and warehouse operations in a permanent, full-time role based at our Auckland Distribution branch in Mt Wellington.
You’ll help keep customer orders moving from enquiry through to dispatch, including responding to customers via phone and email, preparing quotations, coordinating orders, deliveries and invoicing, while keeping our customers informed along the way.
You’ll also support warehouse activities such as picking and packing orders, receiving goods, arranging dispatches, maintaining stock accuracy and assisting with customer collections.
Priorities can change quickly, so you’ll need to stay organised, communicate clearly and move confidently between customer service, administration and warehouse tasks. Your accuracy and follow-through will help us meet delivery commitments and provide the service our customers expect.
What You Will Bring

You will ideally bring:
Customer service and order-processing experience, preferably in manufacturing, distribution or a trade-related environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Sound planning, prioritisation and practical problem-solving skills
Confidence using Microsoft Office and ERP or inventory management systems
Strong attention to detail and confidence working with pricing, numbers and product information
A commitment to health, safety, quality and continuous improvement
Physical capability to undertake manual handling (lifting up to 30kg)
A current forklift licence, or a willingness to obtain one
