The Role
The Project Manager is responsible for delivering residential construction projects from start to completion, ensuring programmes, budgets, quality standards, and client expectations are consistently achieved.
This role requires strong coordination of subcontractors, proactive problem-solving, and disciplined site management to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
The position is primarily site-based, working within a positive, high-performance team culture, with an expectation of 45 hours per week.
You will demonstrate strong communication and leadership across all projects while ensuring all work meets or exceeds statutory and regulatory compliance requirements.

Coordination and management of subcontractors
Driving accountability, efficiency, and quality outcomes across projects
Who We’re Looking For

Ideally, you will bring:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in some form of residential construction project management
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and methodology
High attention to detail and pride in quality outcomes
Excellent planning, organisation, and time-management skills
Strong communication and leadership skills
Confidence working with subcontractors, consultants, and clients
Ability to drive accountability and performance on site
Strong computer literacy and confidence using construction software, apps, and digital tools
Experience with construction software such as Fieldwire, Procore or Buildxact is preferred
Construction or trade background preferred but not essential
Tertiary qualification or equivalent industry experience advantageous
Genuine enthusiasm and a desire to perform at a high level
