24-7 YouthWork is a church-based network delivering youth and children's work services in more than 90 schools across Aotearoa New Zealand. We're looking for a National Operations and Funding Lead to join our dynamic national team based in Christchurch.  This is a senior role that assists our National Director by providing strategic leadership to our funding efforts and day to day oversight of 24-7 YouthWork Trust operations.

 We're after someone who wants to impact the next generation of Aotearoa New Zealand and to help others do the same, you’ll care deeply about children and young people, and about churches helping children and young people thrive. You'll have proven ability at managing people, raising money, and administering it well. You will be someone able to build and keep strong relationships with churches, agencies, funders, and government organisations.
